Switching between organizations

A single Synthight account can belong to more than one organization — useful if you consult across several companies, or run separate workspaces for different brands. Each organization is a fully separate workspace: its own integrations, findings, topics, customers, team, and billing. Nothing crosses over between them.

The organization switcher

At the very top of the sidebar, your current organization's logo and name double as a switcher. Click it to open a dropdown showing:

• A search box, for when you belong to a lot of organizations
• Every organization you're a member of, each with a role badge (Owner, Admin, Analyst, or Guest — your role can be different in each one) and a checkmark on whichever one is currently active
• A Pending Invitations section, if any — see below
• Create Organization, at the bottom

Click any organization in the list to switch into it immediately — the whole app (sidebar, data, everything) reloads around that organization's workspace.

Accepting an invitation to another organization

If someone invites you to their organization while you're already using Synthight elsewhere, it shows up right in this same dropdown, under Pending Invitations — with who invited you and what role you'd have. Click Accept to join and switch into it in one step; you don't need to log out or use a different account.

Creating another organization

Click Create Organization at the bottom of the switcher. It's the same two-step flow as setting up your very first workspace — organization details, then a plan — and it doesn't affect your existing organizations at all; you simply gain access to one more, switchable the same way as any other.

Leaving an organization

Handled from inside that organization's own settings, not the switcher — see Company profile settings.
