The Findings, Topics, People, and Companies tables all let you control exactly which columns show and in what order.

Where to find it

Look at the top-right of the table header — a small sliders icon button (tooltip: "Customize columns") sits next to the download icon. Click it to open the columns panel.

Reordering a column

Each column in the list has a grip handle (⠿) on its left. Click and drag it up or down to change the column order in the table — the table updates live as you drag.

Note

A few columns are locked in place (shown with a small lock icon instead of a grip handle) — usually the primary identifying column, like a finding's name or a person's email — since removing or moving it would make the row hard to identify.

Showing and hiding columns

Click any column's row (or its eye icon) to toggle it on or off. Hidden columns stay in the list, just grayed out, so you can bring them back any time.

Searching for a column

If a table has many optional columns (like custom fields from your integrations), use the search box at the top of the panel to filter the list instead of scrolling.

Resetting

Click Reset at the bottom of the panel to restore the table's default column set and order.

Your choices are saved automatically and persist the next time you visit that table.
