Quick pill filters

At the top of the Findings page, three pill dropdowns let you narrow the list fast:

  • Category — Usability, Friction, Issues, Operations, Improvement Opportunity, Positive Feedback, Uncategorized
  • Priority — Low, Normal, High, Urgent
  • Status — filters by resolution: Solved, Not Solved, Unclear

An X clear-all button appears once any pill is active.

The full filter panel

Click the Filter icon (its badge shows how many filters are active) to open the full filter sidebar. It's shared across Findings, Topics, Incidents, People and Companies, so learning it here pays off everywhere else:

SectionOptions
Date RangeAll time, Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Custom
Read StatusNew / Seen
Resolution StatusSolved / Not Solved / Unclear
Sentiment😊 Positive / 😞 Negative / 😐 Neutral
Groups, Company, Tags, Ticket Type, Custom attributesSearch-as-you-type multi-select lists pulled from your connected tools

The sidebar has two tabs — Current (build a new filter) and Saved (reuse one you saved earlier).

Saving a filter

Build your filter combination on the Current tab, then use the Save option to name it. When you save, choose its visibility:

  • Private — only you can see and apply it
  • Organization — visible to everyone in your workspace

It moves to the Saved tab, where every saved filter you have access to is listed — click one to reapply it instantly, or use its edit option to rename it, change its visibility, or update which criteria it includes.

Note

Guests can view and apply saved filters but can't save new ones.

Search and sort

  • Search — the expandable search box in the header searches findings by text.
  • Order by — sort Latest first, Oldest first, or by count (High to Low / Low to High).

Customizing and exporting the table

The table itself supports column reordering, show/hide, and CSV export — covered once for every data table in Customizing table columns and Exporting table data to CSV.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between the quick pill filters and the full filter panel?
The three pill dropdowns (Category, Priority, Status) sit at the top of the page for fast narrowing; the full filter panel, opened via the Filter icon, adds Date Range, Read Status, Resolution Status, Sentiment, Groups, Company, Tags, Ticket Type, and Custom attributes.
What's the difference between a Private and an Organization saved filter?
A Private filter is visible only to you; an Organization filter is visible to everyone in your workspace. You choose which when you save it.
Can guests save their own filters?
No. Guests can view and apply saved filters but can't save new ones.
Is the filter sidebar the same across Findings, Topics, and other pages?
Yes — it's shared across Findings, Topics, Incidents, People, and Companies, so once you learn it on one page it works the same everywhere else.
How do I reuse a filter I saved earlier?
Open the filter sidebar and switch to the Saved tab — click any saved filter to reapply it instantly, or use its edit option to rename it, change visibility, or update its criteria.
