Priority Report

Ranks your top findings for you. Set:

  • Quantity — Top 5, Top 10, or Top 15
  • Timeframe — Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, All Time, or Custom
  • Priority — All Priorities, or filter to Low/Normal/High/Urgent

Then click Generate Priority Report.

Finding Report

Pick one or more specific finding groups from a searchable table (with Findings, count of incidents, and last-activity columns), then click Generate Report for [N] Findings.

What you get

The output is a structured report with KPI cards (Findings, Urgent/high priority, Resolution rate, Pending groups), charts (category distribution, findings volume by group), and a findings breakdown table — viewable from Reports.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between a Priority Report and a Finding Report?
A Priority Report automatically ranks your top findings by quantity, timeframe, and priority; a Finding Report lets you hand-pick one or more specific finding groups to include instead.
What options can I set for a Priority Report?
Quantity (Top 5, Top 10, or Top 15), Timeframe (Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, All Time, or Custom), and Priority (all, or filtered to Low/Normal/High/Urgent).
What's included in the generated report?
KPI cards (Findings, Urgent/high priority, Resolution rate, Pending groups), charts for category distribution and findings volume by group, and a findings breakdown table.
Where can I find a report after generating it?
In Reports — you can also start a new one from there via New Report → From Findings.
