Report types explained
The six kinds of AI reports Synthight can generate, and where to view them all.
Sidebar → Reports. Tabs across the top: All, Findings, Topics, People, Companies, Interviews, Simulations.
Starting a new report
Click New Report and pick a source:
| Option | Builds a report from |
|---|---|
| From Findings | A ranked or hand-picked set of findings |
| From Topics | A ranked or hand-picked set of topics |
| From People | Individual customers or a ranked churn/sentiment view |
| From Companies | Individual accounts or a ranked churn/sentiment view |
| From Interviews | One completed interview |
| From Simulation | One completed Simulation |
Every report type shares the same underlying structure once generated: KPI cards, charts, breakdown tables, and narrative sections, so once you've read one you can read them all.
Where the numbers come from
Every KPI, chart, and table in a report is computed first — the same way it's computed everywhere else in Synthight. The AI is only asked to write the narrative sections (executive summary, insights, recommendations) around those already-computed numbers; it's explicitly instructed not to invent or recalculate figures of its own. If you ever see a number in a report's prose, it traces back to a number shown in that same report's KPI cards or tables — not a separate AI guess.
