Creating a topics report

Turn a set of topics into a shareable AI-written report — either a priority ranking or a report on specific topics.

Open Generate New Topics Report from the Topics page (or Reports → New Report → From Topics). It has two tabs.

Priority Report

Ranks your top topics automatically. Set:

  • Quantity — Top 5, Top 10, or Top 15
  • Timeframe — Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, All Time, or Custom
  • Sentiment and Resolution State filters
  • Optionally scope to specific Companies

Then click Generate Priority Report.

Topic Report

Search and select one or more specific topics from a table (Topic, Incidents, Last Activity columns), then click Generate Report for [N] Topics.

What you get

A structured report with KPI cards (Topics analyzed, Total incidents, Resolution rate, Avg sentiment), charts (incidents over time, share of incidents by topic), and a topic breakdown table.

Can I scope a Topics Priority Report to specific companies?
Yes. In addition to Quantity, Timeframe, Sentiment, and Resolution State filters, you can optionally limit the report to specific Companies.
What's the difference between a Priority Report and a Topic Report?
A Priority Report automatically ranks your top topics for you; a Topic Report lets you search and select one or more specific topics to include instead.
What does a generated topics report include?
