Total People, High Churn Risk, Avg Sentiment, Resolution Rate — click any to filter the table below.

The table

Columns: Name, Company, Churn Risk (Low/Medium/High), Incidents/Events, Avg Sentiment, Resolution Rate, Last Activity. Sort by any of these, ascending or descending, or by newest/oldest first.

Charts

Toggle between a ranked bar view (Top 10/20 People by Events, or by Churn Risk) and a Bubble Chart that plots people by volume, sentiment and resolution at a glance.

The person detail page

Click a row to open that person's profile:

  • Their own trend chart and stat cards
  • An AI-generated summary of who they are and what they've experienced (a note appears if incidents haven't loaded yet)
  • Findings, topics, and interview responses tied to them, organized in tabs
  • Their Churn Risk shown prominently

Yes. Churn Risk is one of the sortable columns alongside Name, Company, Incidents/Events, Avg Sentiment, Resolution Rate, and Last Activity — sort ascending, descending, or by newest/oldest first.
What shows up on a person's detail page?
Their own trend chart and stat cards, an AI-generated summary of who they are and what they've experienced, their findings/topics/interview responses in tabs, and their Churn Risk shown prominently.
Can I export the People table to CSV?
Yes, and you can also reorder or hide columns first — see Customizing table columns and Exporting table data to CSV for the details.
What if a person's incidents haven't loaded yet?
The person detail page shows a note in place of the AI-generated summary until their incidents finish loading.
