Frequently asked questions

How is a company's churn risk different from a person's?
A company's Churn Risk isn't calculated separately — it's an incident-weighted average of the churn risk scores of the people at that company.
What does the "People" column in the Companies table show?
It's the number of individual contacts Synthight has tracked at that company, based on the tickets they've submitted.
What's on a company's detail page?
Its own trend chart, an AI-generated summary, and its people, topics, and findings, each in a dedicated tab that's filterable the same way as everywhere else in Synthight.
Can I export the Companies table?
Yes, the same way as the People table — reorder or hide columns first if you want, then export to CSV.
