Exporting table data to CSV
Download the Findings, Topics, People, or Companies table as a CSV, choosing exactly which columns to include.
Findings, Topics, People, and Companies can each be exported straight from their table.
How to export
Click the download icon at the top-right of the table header (next to the columns customize button) — tooltip: "Download CSV". This opens an Export to CSV dialog.
Choosing columns
The dialog defaults to whatever columns are currently visible in your table (see Customizing table columns), but you can check or uncheck any column independently before exporting — use Select all to grab everything at once.
On the Topics table, the dialog also offers a toggle between exporting Topics or the underlying Incidents, each with its own column set — pick whichever level of detail you need.
Click Export to download the file.
This is a different export than the ones on Lists or Interview responses — those export a specific list of people or interview answers, while this exports the table you're currently looking at, filtered exactly as it's filtered on screen.
