Quick filters from the stat cards

The four stat cards at the top of the Topics page — Total Topics, New, Relevant Topics, and Avg Sentiment — double as filters. Click any to apply it to the table below.

The full filter panel

Click the Filter icon to open the same filter sidebar used across Synthight — Date Range, Read Status, Resolution Status, Sentiment, Groups, Company, Tags, Ticket Type, and Custom attributes all apply here too. See Filtering and sorting findings for the full breakdown of every option — it's identical on Topics.

Saving a filter

Save a filter combination from the Current tab and it moves to Saved for one-click reuse. When you save one, you choose whether it's Private (only you) or shared with your whole Organization — see Filtering and sorting findings for the full save and visibility mechanics.

Search and sort

  • Search — the expandable search box in the header searches topics by text.
  • Order by — sort Latest first, Oldest first, or by count (High to Low / Low to High).

Frequently asked questions

Are the quick filters on Topics the same as the pill filters on Findings?
Not quite — Topics uses its four stat cards (Total Topics, New, Relevant Topics, Avg Sentiment) as quick filters instead of pill dropdowns, but the full filter sidebar behind the Filter icon is identical to Findings.
Can I save a topic filter combination for later?
Yes. Build it on the Current tab, save it as Private (only you) or shared with your Organization, and it moves to the Saved tab for one-click reuse.
How can I sort the Topics table?
By Latest first, Oldest first, or by count (High to Low / Low to High), using the Order by control.
