A Priority Report ranks your top topics automatically by quantity, timeframe, sentiment, and resolution state, while a Topic Report lets you search and select one or more specific topics yourself.

Yes — when building a Priority Report you can optionally scope it to specific companies instead of pulling from your whole customer base.
