Open Generate New Interview Report from Reports → New Report → From Interviews (or Generate Report on an interview's own row menu). Search for the completed interview you want, then click Generate Report — it takes only a few seconds.
Reports can only be generated from interviews that have collected responses; ones still in Draft won't appear in the list.
