Company information

Fields: Organization Language (see Language and localization — it controls both the app's interface and all AI-generated content for everyone in the workspace), Industry, Description, Products & Services, Industry Keywords, and Support Categories. Filling these in improves AI accuracy for both signal analysis and AI-generated audiences.

If you haven't set this up yet, a guided Company Setup wizard walks through it in three steps: Company Basics (logo and name) → Company Details (description and industry) → Products & Support (products/services, industry keywords, and primary reasons customers contact support).

Leaving the organization

Leave Organization removes you and revokes your access to all its data. Two special cases:

  • If you're the organization's only owner (but not the only member), leaving automatically transfers ownership to the next-highest-ranked remaining member (Admin → Analyst → Guest).
  • If you're the organization's only member, leaving deletes the organization and all its data entirely.

Deleting the organization

Delete Organization (admin/owner only) permanently removes everything — projects, integrations, and all support ticket data. You must type a confirmation code to proceed, and it cannot be undone.

Is deleting the organization the same as deleting my personal account?
No. Deleting the organization removes the entire company's data; deleting your personal account is separate and covered in Managing your password and account.
