Model tuning — training the AI on your company
Give Synthight company context and tell it which topics or findings to ignore.
Sidebar → Workspace → Model Tuning — configures how AI processes your tickets.
Company Context
A free-text field describing your company, products and services, so the AI understands your business when analyzing tickets. Example of the kind of detail worth including:
"We are a SaaS company that provides project management tools for remote teams. We prioritize user experience, data security, and seamless integrations. Our customers value reliability and responsive support…"
Not Interesting Topics
A tag list of topics that should be skipped entirely during ticket processing — tickets matching them won't be analyzed. Spam, phishing, and other malicious content is already filtered out automatically, so this is for topics that are legitimate but simply not useful to you (e.g. a discontinued product line).
Irrelevant Findings
A tag list of keywords or phrases. Any finding containing these terms is automatically filtered out of your results.
Saving
Click Save Changes. If you navigate away with unsaved edits, a warning offers to save before you leave.
