Company Context

A free-text field describing your company, products and services, so the AI understands your business when analyzing tickets. Example of the kind of detail worth including:

"We are a SaaS company that provides project management tools for remote teams. We prioritize user experience, data security, and seamless integrations. Our customers value reliability and responsive support…"

Not Interesting Topics

A tag list of topics that should be skipped entirely during ticket processing — tickets matching them won't be analyzed. Spam, phishing, and other malicious content is already filtered out automatically, so this is for topics that are legitimate but simply not useful to you (e.g. a discontinued product line).

Irrelevant Findings

A tag list of keywords or phrases. Any finding containing these terms is automatically filtered out of your results.

Frequently asked questions

What should I put in the Company Context field?
A free-text description of your company, products, and services, so the AI understands your business when it analyzes tickets — for example, what you sell and what your customers care about most.
What's the difference between Not Interesting Topics and Irrelevant Findings?
Not Interesting Topics skips matching tickets entirely, so they're never analyzed. Irrelevant Findings is a keyword list that filters specific findings out of your results after processing, without skipping the ticket itself.
Do I need to add spam or phishing to Not Interesting Topics?
No, that's already filtered out automatically. Use this field for topics that are legitimate but not useful to you, like a discontinued product line.
What happens if I leave the page without saving my changes?
A warning appears offering to save your edits before you navigate away.
