Managing your integrations
Check sync status, change what's synced, disconnect a source, or request access on a restricted plan.
Everything integration-related lives on one page: sidebar → Workspace → Connections.
Checking status
Every provider card shows a live status badge — Connect, Connecting…, Connected, Syncing tickets…, Pending, or Error. These update in real time as your integration's state changes, so you don't need to refresh the page to see a sync finish.
Changing what's synced
For Zendesk, Intercom and Freshdesk, reopen the connected provider's card and use its Edit Groups (or Edit Teams, for Intercom) option to change which groups/teams are included, then Save Changes. New tickets from the updated selection start syncing right away.
Requesting access on a restricted plan
If your organization's plan doesn't include integrations, clicking any provider card opens an Integration Access Required dialog instead of the normal setup flow:
Integrations need to be enabled for your account. Free accounts require approval to connect integrations.
Fill in your details and click Request Access. You'll see a confirmation that your request was submitted, and Synthight's team follows up from there.
Disconnecting a source
Reopen a connected provider's card and choose Disconnect. In every case, disconnecting:
- Stops syncing new tickets or conversations immediately
- Preserves the findings, topics and other data already generated from what was previously synced
Permissions
Only owners and admins can connect, edit, or disconnect integrations. Other roles can see the connections page but can't act on it.
